Trending @Wipro; Want to know if onsite is really worth it ?

So recently discussions have been going on regarding some onsite opportunities in AUS , I am almost completing my 4 years (first company) and because I am underpaid (current band b2) , I want to switch, but there might be an onsite opportunity for me this year, so want to know should I resign and look for a switch (since with 90 days np its impossible) or I should wait for an onsite opportunity. Please advise.
