I am having 12.6.years exp..I am earning close to 28..Am I at par as per industry standards or overpaid or underpaid..if I am underpaid how much roughly I should be with the exp I carry. I am working as a product manager in a IT consulting firm.

If you are in Service based org then you are correctly paid, anything more would be dangerous as you would be too expensive resource for cost conscious IT outsourcing sector. Path forward is to go into management Senior Manager/Assoc Director role. Very tough.
If you are in product based then you would be already knowing you are highly underpaid, salary posted by 3+ years exp folks working prod orgs here in Grapevine infamous threads are crazy 🤑
