Want to know how to change profile from PM to Data Analyst or Data Scientist

Hi, I am currently working in Product Manager role, and want to switch to technical role, related to Data Science. I have done some research and got to know Data Scientist and Data analyst to be best one with high growth. Please help me to prepare for a roadmap. I am having 2 years and 2 months of experience as product manager.
