Depends on luck what kind of interviewer you get. I know some folks who are themselves not capable of clearing client or internal interviews being used as panelist for recruitment.
One the other hand I have seen some internal interviewers who are interested in asking questions what they have worked on and not what candidate has worked on.
Of course there are some very good panelist also.

At 4 years, I would expect the candidate to answer the questions on what they are working on, and just a liitle bit of depth/example to confirm that they have actually worked on those things. Some theoretical question on the basic concepts of tech, say what is method overloading in java.
Also if it in virtual/team interview, make sure you have good network, because audio drop or lag doesn't really auger well even in a average interview.
