Want to join TCS
Hi, my best friend wants very badly to work in TCS. But as a fresher he did not qualify in TCS ninja since his 12th marks is below 60% and we assume due to that he did not get selected. He worked in Tech Mahindra as a customer support executive for 9 months and now currently working in a bank as Adhaar desk operator. He want to work in TCS. Is there any opportunities or ways by which he can join here. He is 2019 B.tech pass out. Please! Please! Please! Help
Guide him to gain skills and join better companies
Hi.. if he gains experience of atleast 2 years from any other companies and later wants to join here then is it possible?
Yes but experience should be more than 2.5 years and reliable justification for gaps, then he can join but it would be better if he can work in startups and then after 10 years exp join tcs, then he would not regret may be , if he join now or with 2.5 years he will soon regret
Stay away from TCS unless you don't have confidence in your skills or your ability to learn and grow.
