Join a big mnc, work couple years and switch. Do masters/phd abroad and work on visa.
Atp you shouldnt work abroad unless you're getting paid realllly well. US has got a very bad rep, and it's hard to get a really good pay in EU unless its a good mnc/niche startup

I have done masters and have 2.5 exp in Machine Learning. So mostly I'm looking directly to go abroad for a job only. Working in mnc here for a few more years and then going to ask for transfer, I don't want to do this.
