Want to go back to my hometown

What will happen if I stop going to the office? I know I will not get Quarterly Variable Pay and in my case QVA is 115000 yearly. What are the implications apart from this?

I pay 18000 rent monthly, yearly it is = 216000. So I'm paying almost 100000 extra to get QVA. I'm losing money. Don't want this QVA, better I will go back to my hometown and save this 1 lakh.

What do you guys think?

Severe impact will be there. Already sending warning mails for below 85 Then think about 0% WFO You can expect salary hold, D band , PIP etcc
