TBH don’t care much about that. Want to be with aged parents. And don’t like going to office at all. Probably will do something of my own from hometown after some time.

A big stable company will give you peace of mind. Since your focus is to live with parents that would be good. But you care about money then small. Tbh Post tax its just 7 lakh diff

The only concern with the above options is layoff else even it gives lesser pay, i would chose hometown
