Trending @Wipro; Want to get release from project - any suggestions

Many of us got released from the project 18 months Reasons - - Health issues
- family members health issues
- seniors did not treat us with respect
- some keep low performance because of bad work culture
Most of us got new projects within 90 days of the bench period

Create a negative impact on client

In starting i also want to release in the project. But my project manager told that before 18 month you can't be released. minimum 18 monthes you have to work in current project. if any how you will be released your profile will be locked and you can't move into new project

Ask your manager first.
