Want to enter a new domain!

I've worked in 2 MNCs and 2 startups, in Operations management domain.

I've done engineering in core hence I have a technical mindset, closely seen products being made, the everyday struggles and discussions, been part of business related meetings and what not.

Now I want to use all the knowledge and dive into some other domain, like Project Management or Product Management.

I'm studying UI/UX, Data Analytics, and Web development but it's been almost a dead end considering I'm overwhelmed with my current position and work, don't want to take a risk by quitting the job, the pay is good, you can consider me being delulu MAX!

Can someone give a small portion of their precious time and help me sort few things out?

Just want to know what to focus on, what resources to refer and what should I ignore in this process.

I really need help folks!

To summaries- Want to get a good pay job in any of these domains - Project Management / Product Management / Front End development

Have experience of 3 years in SaaS related Operations and Management.

If you want to go in tech, avoid learning frontend or web development. Its incredibly overcrowded. Its a small chance you will get a job equal to your current pay.

Did you followed the same track or something in your career? FYI, going for an MBA is not a stupid advice, going for any MBA is bad. So thanks, but I'll consider MBA after 5-7 years of experience, because that's what good companies consider a wise career path. Thanks anyways @buttermasala!
