Bro, I have same situation. There's no exception unless you are a woman and are pregnant. So what I'm doing is looking for hybrid opportunity outside TCS, that's the only option.

Talk to the HR may be it will be helpful as dependents health will be considered if you give them strong evidences like medical documents
