Hey everyone, I want to know what is the procedure to change project in Accenture My stream was Java Full Stack but I got hardlocked to support project which is not related to my training stream and I don't enjoy working in this project as there is zero coding required. Please let me know is there any criteria to switch projects internally?
Inform your supervisor and request for roll off. If they don't agree, seek help from HR. Be sure to request roll off upon immediate news of hardlock, as you may not get it later. I wasted two years of my time in a project because I asked for roll off after KT had been given and tasks had already been assigned.
It's already been 4 months in this project and I spoke people told me that for applying in internal position you need to have atleast spend 1 year in a project

Same situation here.
They made me work for 22 months in support project though I had asked for a roll in the beginning itself They said it is the Accenture policy and so I agreed to it and now I am getting released this month.
But now the challenge is I worked as support in my previous project but my actual role is test engineer so I am looking for a testing related project now so can you please tell me how difficult it would be and about the interview process, will it really matter if I am switching internally?
