Trending @Accenture; Want to change my field

Hi everyone, I am working form last 2 years in accenture as a tester but my interest is in development so how can I change my field from tester to dev. I have connected 2-3 times with manager, supervisor they allow me to do trainings but after training nothing happen. Can anyone plz let me know how can I do that or I should change the project or change the company??
