Hi Everyone M currently earning 16 lacs per year as a Territory manager sales but life is so much stressed because of work and I see people are earning good in IT with less stress. Is it possible to change career now M 29 year old with 9 year of sales experience

Sales people transition into marketing roles. It's mostly less stressful than sales.
Also your tc seems to be on the lower end, you could also try for sales in SaaS companies, they pay more.
