Want to buy a land in OMR area. Need your suggestions

I do not want to buy an apartment in YMR region, but I want to buy a land, a small piece of land, say 700 to 800 square feet land, and I want to build my own house, maybe a ground floor alone, with car parking. But I would like to buy a long YMR, because I feel that the inside of YMR does not properly have roads, water, drainage, etc. So I want to enjoy the YMR feel as well as I want to buy a small, but just like 60 to 65 lakhs maximum. Can you suggest some areas in YMR where this budget can be afforded, like land, say 700 square feet land for 30 to 35 lakhs, and I can build a house for another 30 to 35 lakhs. So it must be on OMR or if we have any other places which are really to consider, we can suggest. And please make sure that I do not want to make anything interior, which I can struggle to have basic amenities or functionalities inside to have with one kid and wife. Also, the second thing is, OMR means next to Sholinganallur, like Navalur, Siriseri, Till, Tirupur, but it should be commutable from that place to my office, which is located in Perungudi. Please suggest.
