Want to Break Out of Stagnant Support Role — Need Guidance on Career Progression

I've been working as a Database Administrator for the past 3 years in a service-based company. Over time, I’ve realized there's little to no growth here — same projects, same tech, and not much scope for learning beyond the current stack. I tried reaching out to some seniors for guidance, but most of them are in the same boat, doing the same role for years with no real progression.

I’m at a point where I want to pivot into a more growth-oriented and in-demand role. But I’m unsure which direction to go in. I’d really appreciate some advice on what roles/tech stacks are worth investing time into in 2025? Can I leverage my current skills as a stepping stone? Any certifications/courses that can help make the switch smoother? Current skills: Database admin & architecture, SQL / PL-SQL, Shell scripting, Basic Jenkins (CI/CD pipelines)

I just don’t want to be stagnant anymore :'( Any input would be massively appreciated. Thanks in advance!
