During Office visits we are in office and my team lead and my senior Leader always tries to highlight on me on some basics error (some i know some i don't) that I know and I am working on it on the same day but still they try to highlight me.
Now mostly the same mistake or error done by any other individual they don't highlight the way they did to me, what should I do in this case.
I have performed well in all aspects but still they don't happy or what's the problem here I am struggling to figure out.
Give some suggestions
They might be trying in correct your mistakes and make u better.
Nobody cares about anyone! If someone wants you to improve there are ways...shaming someone isn't one of them! Office is not family that they are looking out for you.
I agree with you but mostly I have noticed they targeted me when my senior manager are near me or sits in front of me that's the issue here
Report it to HR if they are really bullying you
