I graduated 2 years before and the only placement I had was of wipro. Though I was doing some freelancing stuffs and was doing good but this year I got onboard update from the company and I thought why not go for some permanent job search and joined wipro... It's been 3 months now, no project only tranings and now it's feels as if I'm back to college again
Anyone can help that how's the growth here in wipro and if I should stick here or continue doing my freelance stuffs aside??
Freelancing in which technology and for whom? How were you able to get these? Asking as I know many experienced people are unable to get these. Btw, if you have your own company you can pay almost 0 income tax compared to a salary job
Utilize the time while you can. Upskill yourself. Keep doing your freelance stuff aside while you wait for a project
Use this time to learn new technology and take certifications
