I am shortlisted for EY GDS as automation tester AND they are offering me fixed 13.5 fixed and 10% variable pay

My current CTC is 9.8 I am feeling I am getting underpaid but don't how to negotiate.

Any suggestions are welcomed.

I asked them 16 plus 10% vp but they are not agree

72=14+2/3 = 17 lpa 73=21 lpa 7*2.5=17.5 lpa

Either way calculating the min package is not crossed for u. Min needed 16 or 17 lpa
