Want opinion on work culture and organization

Entertaining an opportunity from eloelo. They have a barebones webpage and its not that great. Seems like all their numbers are inflated. I would like to know how the workplace is. Looked at some reviews online and they hint at toxic work culture. Looking for a outsider opinion on the org as well as the market segment.
