Want little guidance

I am 23M done Engineering in Electronics and telecommunication and working for a big 4 as FTE for 6months as tech consultant. I want to switch to sde roles. I am working on my DSA, and learning mern stack. Applying for quite a lot of companies but my resume is getting rejected.I don't know is the reason is my current role or company or anything else. If anyone could give me some suggestions on how to get interview calls and what project, DSA topics should I focus more one that will be really helpful.
