If a person is on Bench in cognizant do they need to still serve the notice period of 3 months if he/she get offer from other company? Any supportive response will be helpful

Officially yes it's 90 but since on bench the Hr can contact you to release you early.

Also, if you are awaiting the offer letter say no to projects here because if you get allocated it would be difficult to get early release.
