Trending @Infosys; Want a Release from Project

As a fresher I joined project in the last 4 months ago The project is in the core python development field but I am not getting any interest in development as I don't like coding. I am also trying for 3 to 4 months to do this but failed. Also In my project I don't have any seniors in this technology and team lead also did not help me not even review my code. My project manager assigned me a task and always scolded me. I am very frustrated with this project is there any way to get out of this project as I am not able to complete the work. Please help me in this situation. I am really getting frustrated day by day. I also want to ask you all that the manager has that authority to terminate a system engineer please answer if you know. Thank you.

You are not realising the value behind getting into development projects. Keep some patience and focus on your skill development. So not let outside matters get into your learning.

Lot of Infoscions are finding it difficult to get dev projects and if you've got it . Make the most out of it . Doing testing and support in my opinion is not as good as actually developing a solution. Python is the most used dev language in current era . So my request to you would be instead of finding other project be in current one and avoid going on bench . Because coming in IT and saying that I dont wanna code is something not very astounding to hear !

If you want Support or Testing both need good Coding skills in the long run. Otherwise you have to change your tech to a different one.

There are many people who are on the bench and many people have a project in a testing role or support role, they want a development role but they are not getting it and you are not giving 100 % in the project.........
For fresher starting years are very crucial just improve your skill
