Angel One(SDE-II) discussed TC - 35LPA+3.5LPA Please help decide

Join Angel One. Reason in walmart TC : 26LPA. 2.4 Lac will be PF. Hence effectively it will be 23.6LPA which will lead you to around 1.6lac in hand per month which is far less than what you will get in Angel one.

Yes, they may call to office as most of the companies are doing. I have been given Gurgaon location not sure if they’ll call to Bangalore or not.
I also got the offer once, in the offer letter they mentioned WFH but base location Bangalore. What is it in your offer letter? Also, you can ask HR if they are going to end WFH or if yes, then when.

Angel one is better because most of the things are fixed, Walmart variable you can not predict. Also, Bangalore is way expensive so WFH is always better.

Paytm and angle one are also not small names, at least not in the Indian market. Walmart name help but majorly for US MNCs and I believe money and your knowledge matters more than anything.
