Walmart vs SAP Labs
So got offers from Walmart and SAP Labs wrt front end development. Sap is shifting its office to Devanahalli (near airport), which is a big turnoff. Anwyays wrt to work culture and benefits. Also layoffs in mind, what do you think is a better company to work with for a senior development role.

It used to be chill 2 years back Now they just want the maximum out of each employee! I am in backend! Benefits are good but overall culture has gone for a toss!

SAP is good in terms of WLB, but again the things depend on the manager and Team. Yes, they have built a new campus in Devanahalli. You can consider SAP if location is not a problem.
Don't think twice and go for SAP labs. I am also a SAP developer but backend, I can tell you that all SAP teams are the worst teams in Walmart. They work like service based org, lots of politics is there, have to be available in evening and early morning only free time you get from work is when you will be sleeping. I have heard few people takes calls even while stuck in traffic.
