Walmart India - Offer Review

Currently senior IC at Microsoft, received offer for Senior Manager at Walmart.

Base : 60L Bonus : 15L RSU : 30L over 3 years

  1. How is the comp compared to other Senior Mgr bracket at Walmart? Am I being lowballed?
  2. How is the situation at Walmart? After the recent layoffs, the sentiment seems to be pretty negative. Also hearing a lot about toxic work culture.

When you say senior ic? How senior are you? What's your years of experience?

Trying to gauge your seniority to be able to comment better.

If you are new at this level, you can push a bit on base ( ~ 5 lakhs). but you should push more on stocks.

If you are established, push more on base. Roughly 10 lakhs. And accordingly on stocks.

Note: walmart stocks are at a high. There could be profit booking or impact of tariffs.
