Can anyone help me understand how the Walmart health department of Walmart Global Tech, I am looking forward to joining in the coming days. Can someone share their perspective on the below

1>After getting their offer letter, I realised they don't have a probation period, but notice is of 1 month

2> How is the department to work in, the culture and opportunities? I am experienced working in fast-paced startup, so done with the pace and speed, also the unstability there. Am looking to some better environement than that atleast

3> I got 9.5 lakh of stock vested for 3 years. Is it a good number?
