Wallet use in Meddibuddy lab test

Hi everyone can someone answer on this query.

How we can use the tcs meddibuddy wallet amount for taking lab tests?

Do we need to pay first and then need to raise a claim in tcs portal ?

Because while i am booking test package which includes around 92 tests worth 4500. It is asking upfront payment. There is no option to deduct from wallet amount.

Can anyone who had experience using the wallet amount pls provide your suggestion.
