Waiting to get allocated

I joined tcs recently. They are saying we need to get into a project by 3 calls. Otherwise we have to meet HR and are also saying they might forcefully make us resign.

I got selected into a project on my 3rd call. But that person is not giving me a SWON and I've been waiting for a week. That person who selected me was not responding to my calls. As I'm a fresher I don't have team access. And I don't know his mail id.
