I have already submitted pre-hire documents as asked by CRM on 6th Sept. I received no reply from HR yet. How many days do I need to wait? Can Deloitte reject my profile at this stage?

Waiting for updates from Deloitte
I've received mail from Deloitte hr for java developer role and I've experience of 2.10 years. I received an assessment link to attempt it. I attempted the assessment on 27th April 2025. Now I'm waiting for the update on the result. It's been 16 days since then I sent mail to hr as well but no response.
Generally how much time Deloitte takes to give an update. Should I wait for it or should I move on????

Since it’s been 16 days, follow up once more with HR. If no reply in 3-4 days, then keep applying elsewhere—don’t pause your job search.
