Trending @Accenture; Waiting for the on boarding process since forever
I accepted the offer letter as the role of PADA in August of last year.
My training was done in online mode, which is unfortunately unpaid due to the new "shift-left" program. I then patiently waited for 3 months after it was completed.
Last month I got the letter again (I'm assuming the previous one expired) and accepted that too because of my desperation and rejections from other companies, mostly due to the fact that I don't have work experience.
I have raised multiple tickets on the indiacampus website but always got closed. Sometimes I got calls from them about my queries and they always said that onboarding will happen "as per the business requirements" .
I know that the current job market situation is bad but it doesn't mean that a candidate who has accepted the offer should be left in the dark for months.
I really do not know what to do. Please help.

Don't join here because I got my offer letter in the same month and got my joining in Jan month but over around 70% of the people are on the bench and now they are started doing layoff of bench people.

Ok so what I've seen is, it's worse as you go inside, I've people connected with from your same ases pool, and as the same others have commented, that even after training although you get that namesake salary, it's only for a few months until they fire you, as they don't have any projects to allocate, force you out for language/non technology role opening, and if you don't comply you get fired.
Given all this, just for a few months salary and having a possible gap in resume, I'd just suggest please ignore and move on. All these incidents in work too I face, HR doesn't respond, incidents gets closed automatically without info or contact etc. So it indeed is in a bad place to be, even if you get accepted, and I feel in the grand scheme of things you'd realize later, none of this is of any use, but to understand ASAP and move ahead.

Improve basic concepts and try for other companies for many ppl it's same
Keep on trying that's it
