Joined Capgemini as a B2 in June 2024 under the DCX BU. Received a "Succeeding (Rating 3)" in the year-end review. Completed all mandatory trainings and have been consistently following the BTO policy every month.

Just curious — when can I expect my appraisal update? Would appreciate any insights from fellow colleagues or HR.

someone from dcx told me that after completing 1 year I will get anniversary appraisal. As per that I will be put on a cycle. Is it valid?

As per CG policy you will get your appraisal after 18 months
