Waiting for C2 Promotion after 4 years of experience
I have 3 A bands with T Factor 3.5 and Wings 1 digital. I have completed 4 years and am still waiting for promotion. My manager told me that I am waiting for a leadership notification.
Please let me know what I can do. As per my understanding, I was eligible 3 4 quaters back.
its not related with wings1 bro. I got ITA at 3.6 yrs of exp. My close frnd got ITA at 3.3 yrs of exp. Both of us are wings1 digital associates.
Leave TCs thats it, also its your leadership who really don’t want to sit your self above one of them, some one is saving some one chair, Promotions already out, go for next Quarter. If still not promoted then don’t fight for this promotion and leave Tcs, because you are a valuable person and somebody is looking your valuable self in near future.
Is the promotion window open yet for this quarter or when will it open? Any ideas guys?
Even I got the same Bands, cleared digital and got promotion to C2. Based on the comments then I think it is not related to bands or digital profile. So it should be based your Supervisor/Manager decision and Project Budget. Advantage of Promotion is 1 L increase and wings component will be merged to other components. If merged no need to worry about the band next time.
