Waiting for an Update from Deloitte – Is This Delay Normal?

I recently applied for a role at Deloitte USI and successfully completed three interview rounds. After that, I was asked to upload the required documents to the PHT portal, which I did. However, it's been almost a week, and I haven't received any updates.

I'm unsure whether this delay is normal or if it’s a sign that I should explore other opportunities.
