Wait for increment after 2 years or switch?

Hi ,

I am currently at C1 and have 10 months TCS experience and total of 4 years. What % increase should I expect after 2 years in TCS? I am getting better offer(30% hike) outside. Should I take it?

Yes switch, after 2 years mostly less than 10percent , if u got promotion it will be 15%

But Tcs u have job security, see if other company is safe to move out also.

For sure you are not getting 30% in tcs after 2 years, so if you are looking around for getting an hike of 30% or above then go ahead to switch
