Yes. TCS will never do that now. Few projects giving WFH if no seats available or extreme medical condition. I have seen people since 2020 work from home. Never came back. So few projects are not following because work not hampering
Rmg asking to resign for not taking projects if people on bench for long and not responding. Tcs started to target those first who don't want project and want to enjoy. I have seen someone with abscond email to employee that you are not reporting to ofc and not taking projects. It's been 1 year 11 months. So we are absconding you from the services. That employee now giving resign just to avoid that. So tcs started this. I hope people who don't want to work can get out from work as soon as. There are lot of genuine people in rmg who are actual waiting for projects. I hope they get and these don't want to work people can get out. Cfo also said the same thing. They will initiate hike as soon as possible. May be q2 or September what I am thinking.
