Trending @Accenture; VP Payout Month?

I joined Accenture in last year September, got 10.5% but 0 hike, some said the hike is on the next cycle. Does anyone know this % is of what thing ? In my offer letter it was mentioned the VP will be of 0 to 21% I don't think its from base pay as base is 9 LPA and 10.5% doesn't match with my received VP , also shall we expect the VP will be credited in may month salary?
