Hi, everyone! My VP is not released yet and even my people lead has not connected to me. I was promoted in sept 2024 to analyst, is there any chance of promotion?
Total exp - 3 years 5 months.
i think for high priority candidates they are closing first
later on 🥜 like 3% 5% variable pay will be posted
It is not like that, as a PL myself, I shared the outcomes of all my resources the same day( monday). It totally depends on the PL, ethically they should have a discussion and close it as all the outcomes are visible to them from last monday. Also I just feel it is not good to keep people in dilemma and anxiety by holding their outcomes.
Coming to the OP, I don't think you can be promoted twice within 2 years. You are eligible for hike and VP though. You can wait until you PL releases the statement or 27th niv it will be auto released.
