Trending @Accenture; VP for Employees Joined <1 yr.

I joined Accenture in Nov'24, am I eligible for this upcoming VP? I'm currently at Level 11, what should i be expecting in percentage? I was told that i would get 1.68 Lacs (0-21%) as a VP to Fixed of 8 LPA.
