How variable pay will be calculated, In June cycle I got 8.5 and my basepay is 3lpa. I got in my hand ₹12680. Actually how it is calculated.

VP is calculated based on your base pay, it can be maximum 21% of your total base pay. Since VP is given 2 times in a year only half of your base pay is considered. Your base pay is 3lpa so 8.5% of half your base pay(150k in your case) will be approx 12750.
