Can someone explain how is vp is getting calculated. I received 6.17% on my base pay of 900000 so ideally it should be 55530 but I received only 30000. I joined Accenture on December 2024 and got project in February.
Can someone help to understand the calculation.

That 6.17% will be distributed in 2 cycle , half you get now and again you'll receive rest in june cycle
