Yes you can . Many people do that. But some DC require seat booking so look into that. Some DCs like Nagpur does not require one. Which DC u planning to go

Yes you can visit to any DC in PAN India and it will be marked as WFO.

If your base location has odc and client is work from office then you have to join that. As there will be separate attendance shared with client.
