Visa or Current company

I am actually confused whether should i take visa offer of SW -Java or just stay back in my current org

Visa offer Base: 18.5 LPA RSU :18k USD Bonus : 10% variable

Current org : Mid size , not a startup , not MNC Base :16 LPA Bonus :2.5LPA

I was expecting a base of 20+ , that’s why still confused. Please help me out
