Actually, the HR said that there is a 9% variable pay on the fixed salary, and that it’s 100% payable at Virtusa. However, no company usually gives 100% variable pay, though the HR mentioned that Virtusa did provide it for Senior Software Engineers. To be honest, I find it hard to trust her words because HRs often say this initially, but the real picture becomes clear only after joining the organization. So, I just wanted to confirm with current Virtusa employees whether what she said is true or just an exaggeration.
