Third Party Payroll
Does anybody have any experience of working on third party payroll for a MNC? How does it work and should I be apprehensive of it and what should I take care of I join in such a setup. Thanks.
I have been offered a PM role in the leading aviation company but on a third party payroll. There is no contract nothing. It’s an ongoing project working with them. 80% of the employees in that organisation are on third party payroll. I am confused whether to join or not? Any help and suggestions please? Any questions that I should ask the HR before joining?
