Video editor on profit share & sweat equity

What am i seeking:

1. Editing multiple 2 hour video footages received, creating thumbnails, posters, adding supers, overlays and subtitles (10 hours per month max )
2. 25% profit sharing in the first year on all sales (definitely want to pay, but since the idea is such the model will be this).
3. Pls consider this like a side project only and will compound over time
4. Ideal for those who have time and are looking for internships, stipends, or part time gigs and sweat equity
