Is Vidal insurance a good choice for parents with pre-existing conditions? How’s the cashless process in network hospitals? Any experiences or suggestions would be helpful!

I took vidal insurance for my parents Yeah they cover pre existing disease from the day insurance starts
For cashless claims are not available for OPD it's avaible only for inpatient (there are a list of hospitals where we can go but I went to two hospitals and they were very bad it was looking like a govt hospital)
And my parents are 65 and 70 years old for 2lakh rupees they charged 35k
