accenture covers medical test for 5k rupees for spouse and children by default. For parents , parents in law u need to take a premium insurance to cover these expenses. But what about people who are unmmaried? How to claim 5k for their parents without taking the additional insurance just by adding dependencies??

Unfortunately, the fact is you can't. If you are unmarried, you can only claim it for your medical expenses.
