Victory on the field, a reality at work too!

Today's victory against England, It kinda reminds me of how things run at TCS too. Managers = Bumrah – step in occasionally, make a few moves, and take the credit. Team Members = Siraj – show up daily, bowl their hearts out, juggle workload, and still push the team to victory.

But hey, like BCCI, we also love to put the spotlight on Bumrah. 😉
