Very upset

Having 14+ yrs of exp. Not getting lead role. For unavailable circumstances in family need to do wfh. Not getting exp wise work. Difficult to digest seeing juniors as lead. I cry. But have financial burden. Loan. So can’t quit. Promotion is in hault for long. I m stuck. Don’t know if any solution or where to go.
